Use

SAP delivers categories and relationship types for classifying rooms, room parts, and room relations.
Room parts are templates that you can use to add additional functions to existing rooms. The definition of room relationships allows you to create a network of related rooms. A room member can use a link to enter a related room from the room he or she is currently using.

Recommendation

We recommend defining these items on a company-specific basis. For example, you can use room categories to classify rooms for different areas of the company, such as Marketing, Development, and Sales.

Configure Room Categories

 

The room category is a required entry when creating each room. It is used as a filter criterion in the room directory and room administration.

Configure Room Part Categories

The room part category is a required entry when creating each room part template. It is used as a filter criterion in the list of room parts that are available to add to a room.

Configure Room Relation Types

The room relationship type is a required entry when defining the relationship of one room to a related room. It is used as a filter criterion in the list of room relations for a room.

       3.      Change the list of the items delivered by SAP.
