Giving Users Permission to Use
Rooms
You assign the corresponding portal roles to the users who are to create and use rooms in the portal.
The users are created in the portal user administration (User Management Engine).
1. Choose User Administration → Identity Management in the portal.
2. Assign the following portal roles to the users or user groups according to their tasks:

For rooms with tab page navigation (templates based on room floor plans): ● Creating rooms ● Inviting room members ● Requesting membership |
