Procedure documentationDeactivating Repositories if Not Available Locate this document in the navigation structure

In case a repository manager cannot start for some reason, the system keeps trying to start the repository manager infinitely. This leads to additional server utilization and delayed response times.

Use this procedure to cease the automatic retries to start the failed repository managers. Thus, the system deactivates the failed repository manager after three unsuccessful attempts to start it.

Note Note

You can manually trigger another attempt to start the repository manager from the component monitor. For more information, see: Component Monitor
