URL Access For Content 

Use

 

The system uses the URL Access For Content utility to transfer content from external resources to CM using HTTP, HTTPS, or FTP.

 

Features

 

The following parameters can be specified for the service program:

Parameters of the URL Access for Content Service Program

Parameter	Required	Description
Hosts without Proxy	No	Specifies hosts that do not use a proxy. Use a semi-colon to separate more than one name.
Use Proxy	No	Specifies whether the Default Proxy Host is used.
Cache	No	Specifies the cache that the service program uses. The ca_ca cache is already entered by default.

 

Activities

 

To configure URL access for content, choose Content Management → Utilities → URL Access For Content. You should only modify your proxy settings.

 

Example

 

Hosts without Proxy = server.company.com:1080; localhost
Use Proxy           = true
Cache               = ca_ca
