If a document or folder is not contained in an index, a message appears telling you so. If it is contained in an index, the following information is displayed:

Name of the index

Service type: Specifies whether the document or content of the folder is in a search index, a classification index, or both. It may be a combined search and classification index.

Status of the document: (Only for documents) Specifies the status of a document in the queue. For more information on the possible statuses, see What Does the Status of a Document Mean?
