Order Office Material

Definition

An alternatives block that enables the purchaser to either select items from a list, or directly order them by their order numbers.

The action defines two options (result states). For each of them, a target is defined:

OPTION_orderFromList - when this option is selected, the process flow is directed to the Order From List block.
OPTION_orderWithOrderNumber - when this option is selected, the process flow is directed to the Order with Order Number block.

Only two roles are involved in the Order Office Material process: Purchaser and Approver. The following table shows which of the roles generated for all individual actions are consolidated into each of the required roles. At runtime, all actions assigned to a role are executed by the same user(s).
