To store content, you need to create content repositories on the SAP NW ABAP system and on the content server. Storage categories and repositories are then assigned to each other. This is usually performed by an auto-configuration. More information: Creating Content Repositories Automatically. If the automatic creation and assignment fails, however, you need to perform these steps manually.

Procedure

If the auto-configuration failed, you need to perform the following configuration steps:

  1. Defining Content Repositories in the ABAP System Manually

  2. Creating Content Repositories Manually on the SAP Content Server

  3. Assigning Storage Categories to Content Repositories
