This section explains how to use the Process Troubleshooting application integrated in the SAP NetWeaver Administrator. For general troubleshooting information, see the BPM Troubleshooting Wiki in SCN (http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/BPMT/BPM+Troubleshooting+Guide).

Prerequisites

You must have the NWA_SuperAdmin or NWA_Readonly roles assigned to you.

Procedure

You use this procedure to view the status of the deployed development components and trace the problems related to component availability.

  1. Log on to the NetWeaver Administrator application.

  2. Select   Troubleshooting   Processes and Tasks   Process Troubleshooting  .

The system displays the cluster nodes and their availability status. Green traffic light indicates that the components are available while red traffic light indicates that component(s) are missing.

  3. In case of a red traffic light for a node, you can view the missing components in the Missing Components of the Node: <node name> section.

    • If the missing component is a subsystem, from the Related Links, select Start & Stop Services and start the appropriate service.

    • If the missing component is an adapter, from the Related Links, select Start & Stop Applications and start the appropriate adapter application.
