Checking the Application Runtime State 
This procedure enables you to determine the aggregated state of a whole application by checking its dependencies and individual elements.
Prerequisites
You have opened 
SAP NetWeaver Administrator 
Operations Systems Application Manager

Procedure
From the Show dropdown box, choose a functionality, depending on the type of applications you want to monitor.
Use the Runtime Status filter to determine which applications have problems reported.
In the Summary tab, find out the description and status of the problem.
Choose the Runtime components tab to see details about the application runtime components.

To perform additional tasks, choose an option from the More Actions menu.
