Editing the Link Entry for a Stored Document 
From the hit list, choose
to go to the detail display for a document. In addition to the functions available in the hit list, you have the following editing options:
Reassign or subsequently assign the document. Choose the corresponding pushbutton to execute each function.
These functions are also available on the initial screen Administration of Stored Documents (pushbuttons Reassign and Create New Link). For more information, see Reassigning a Stored Document and
Change the document type of the document. Choose the corresponding pushbutton to execute the function.
Enter the new document type and - if required - a retention period in months.
Choose Continue.
The new document type is assigned to the document.
Start a workflow task. To do this, choose .
A dialog box is displayed in which you need to make all the necessary entries for starting an ArchiveLink workflow. Choose
to start the workflow.
Display all other link entries for the document. To do this, choose .
The technical hit list is displayed, containing only the links to the current document.
