ABAP Runtime Environment (BC-ABA)

In the ABAP Memory Inspector (transaction S_MEMORY_INSPECTOR), the Dominator Tree view (or 'keep-alive' view) shows the containment hierarchy in the memory objects shown in a memory snapshot.

The Dominator Tree view lets you easily see which memory objects have exclusive references to other objects and are therefore keeping these referenced objects alive.
