You can test a database connection to ensure that, for example, the user and password information and the connection data are correct.

Procedure

To test a database connection:

  1. From DBA Cockpit, choose System Configuration.

  2. Select a system and choose Test Connection.

    An overview of the servers is displayed.

  3. Choose DB Connection Test (All Servers) or select one or more servers and choose DB Connection Test (Selected Servers).
