You can view configuration details of Web modules via the SAP NetWeaver Administrator.

Prerequisites

In SAP NetWeaver Administrator, you have chosen   Configuration   Infrastructure   Application Modules   .

Procedure

In  Overview   Modules List  , you can filter and sort displayed modules.

To filter modules, specify a filter string in some of the blank column fields at the top of the list, then choose Enter.

To sort modules in ascending or descending order, choose the arrow in the relevant column header.

To view module details, select the module in the Modules List area. The Module Details screen area opens. To view details about the module, browse through the different tabs in the area.

Select a Web module in the Modules List. The Web Module Details screen area opens.

Viewing Module Components

  1. Choose the Components tab.

  2. To view component details, select a component from the list. The Full Details screen area opens.

Filtering Default Components

  1. Choose the Components tab.

  2. Choose the Hide Default Components button. Default components defined in the Global XML Descriptor are not displayed.

  3. To display default components again, choose the Show Default Components button.

Viewing Component Mappings

Choose the Component Mapping tab. The available mapping details are: mapping name and type, component name and type, and the mapping definition location.

Viewing and Editing Application Properties

Choose the Context tab. To switch from local to global configurations for a certain property, choose Extend Global Property. To enable and optionally edit local configurations for a certain property, choose Define As Local Property.

Configuring Cookies

Choose the Cookies tab. You can configure the application and the session cookie.

Adding/Removing Web Dynpro Related Properties

Choose the Web Dynpro Properties tab. To create your own application properties as key value pairs, choose Add Property. To delete a property, choose Remove Property.

Viewing Environment and Resource References

Choose the Environment tab. The Environment tab provides information about the name and type of references that are set for the module.

Viewing JSP Groups Configurations

Choose the JSP Property Groups tab. It lists the configurations that are set for JSPs using a given pattern.

Viewing Defined Welcome Pages

Choose the Welcome Pages tab.

Viewing MIME Mappings

Choose the MIME Mappings tab. It provides information about the mapping types, extensions, and definition location.

Viewing Defined Error Pages

Choose the Error Pages tab. It lists the location, type, value, and definition location information about the module's specified error pages.

Viewing Response Code Mappings

Choose the Response Status tab. It displays response code mappings with reason phrases and definition locations.

Viewing Locale Encoding Mappings

Choose the Locale Encoding tab. It provides information about locales, their encoding and definition locations.

Viewing Context Parameters

Choose the Context Parameters tab. It lists the context parameters that are configured in the web.xml deployment descriptor.
