Monitoring the Business Lifecycle Logs 
You monitor and analyze business events of BPM (Business Process Management) using the business lifecycle logs. BPM raises events to signal changes in the lifecycle of its entities such as business processes. You can view the logs based on the categories, events, containers, and date ranges.
You must have at least one of the following roles assigned to you, based on the activities you want to perform as listed in the table below.

Note
If you do not want to allow to see the context data, you need to remove the SAP_BPM_DISPLAY_CONTEXT action from the role or user.
Log on to the SAP NetWeaver Administrator application.
Choose .
You can view the logs using one of the following options as required:
To quickly view the recent logs, in the Show field select the required option and select the duration.
To view the logs based on creation time, in the Find By Creation Timestamp field, select the required date and time and choose Go.
To view the logs based on a more specific query, proceed as follows:
Click Advanced.
Provide the required options.
Note
If you want to view the archived logs of an archived process or task instance, you must provide the appropriate container ID.
Choose Go.
To view the details of a log entry, select the required entry from the list.
The system displays the details of the selected log entry.
