Tasks

When a customer makes an enquiry, the dealer employee requires information regarding the status of a particular contract or the contracts that were concluded during a certain period need to be analyzed.

Activities in the Dealer Portal

You can display the service contracts for different aggregation levels here.

The service contract data is displayed in tabular and graphical form via a web user interface. One possible aggregation option is to display all products that were sold and activated within the last four weeks.

Example

A dealer employee wants an overview of the products that have been sold over the last four weeks in order to determine focal points in the range of goods on offer.

This analysis helps to identify trends and carry out promotional events for products that have not reached a satisfactory level of customer acceptance.
