Procedure documentationActivating the ICF Service to Display the Results List Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

The results list of the search contains links to the found objects. The links are constructed in the SAP system using a service of the Internet Communication Framework (ICF) shipped by SAP. In the default setting, the ICF service is inactive; you have to activate it to use the Help Center search function.

Procedure

  1. Launch transaction SICF in the SAP system.

  2. Make sure that the hierarchy type SERVICE is set and choose Execute F8 (Execute F8).

  3. In the Virtual Hosts/Services column, choose   default_host   sap   bc   hc  .

  4. Activate the service hc.
