Working with Documents
The Working with Documents process is performed by portal users.
Once users have called up information, they can work with it. They can perform standard file operations and use Knowledge Management services, such as feedback and subscriptions. They can forward information to enable collaboration. By adding metadata, such as feedback and ratings, other users can more efficiently assess the benefit of this information at a later point in time.
