Configuring CTS and Relevant Systems for CTS Transports 

Use

Before you can transport Integration Builder design or configuration objects with the Change and Transport System (CTS), you must configure some basic settings that facilitate the operation of CTS with the Integration Builder.

Procedure

The SAP systems that are to be connected with the transport landscape for the transport of objects from SAP NetWeaver XI will be referred to as XI systems here.

       1.      To be able to carry out transports with CTS, you must configure the Transport Management System (TMS) in all XI systems involved and specify one of your SAP systems as Transport Domain Controller.

       2.      Configure the CTS Deploy Web Service for each XI system.

Result

You have configured the CTS and the XI system for CTS transports and can proceed with defining the transport landscape in CTS.
