The Help Center provides you with links to application-related process-specific information in the form of files and Web pages. This information is made available by process experts in your company and you can call it in the following Help Center sections:

Description

Worth Knowing

This section can contain links to files or Web pages. The links lead to company-specific process-related information about working with the application.

Note Note

This section also contains the application help provided by SAP.

Learning Content

This section is intended for relevant training material. It can contain links to the relevant files and Web pages. Unlike the Worth Knowing section, this section can also include learning maps from SAP Solution Manager.

Note Note

A learning map is a table of contents that provides access to a self-learning course. The learning map contains brief information about the course units and links to the training material.

Prerequisites

You have launched the Help Center of the application. More information: Launching the Help Center

Procedure

  1. Make sure that the Worth Knowing and Learning Content sections are expanded so that you can see their content, that is, the links.

  2. Select the required link.

    Files open in the program in which they were created; Web pages open in Internet Explorer.

    Note Note

    Process experts must make sure that the Help Center only links to files for which the user has the necessary software on their PC. If you cannot open a file, inform your process expert or administrator.
