Loading Support Packages 
You have to load Support Packages before you can import them. SAP provides Support Packages in the following locations:
SAP Support Portal under http://service.sap.com/patches
on Collection CDs
Prerequisites
The Change and Transport System is configured correctly.
There is enough space available in the transport directory (UNIX: /usr/sap/trans).
You have the relevant authorizations for Support Package Manager.
You are logged on in client 000.
You have called Support Package Manager (call transaction SPAM).
You are using the latest version of Support Package Manager.
