Displaying Stored Data in Queries 

Use

In a query, you can access data stored in near-line storage.

Prerequisites

In the Query Designer, you have defined a query based on an InfoProvider for which data is already stored in near-line storage.

Procedure

       1.      Call the query monitor by choosing Business Explorer  ® BEx Monitor  ® Query Monitor in the SAP Easy Access Menu.

       2.      Select your Query.

       3.      Choose Properties.

       4.      Select the Read Near-Line Storage As Well indicator.

       5.      Choose Continue. You changes are saved.

Result

When a query is executed, the data in near-line storage is also read and displayed.
