Displaying a Pipeline Definition 

Use

This function displays the existing pipelines and their pipeline elements.

Each pipeline of the Integration Engine comprises particular processing steps (pipeline elements) that an XML message must perform.

The pipeline elements define the individual actions of a pipeline to be executed. Each pipeline element is linked to a pipeline service.

Prerequisites

In the Integration Engine menu you have chosen Configuration ® Display Pipeline Definition, and are now on the Display Pipeline Definition screen.

Procedure

To display a pipeline and its pipeline elements, proceed as follows:

       1.      To display a pipeline, select the Pipeline tab page and use the input help for the Pipeline ID field to select a pipeline. Choose Enter.

       2.      To select and display another pipeline, choose Other Pipeline ().

       3.      To display the pipeline elements of the selected pipeline, select the Pipeline Element tab page. The system displays the screen Pipeline Element Display.

The system displays the individual elements of the selected pipeline in the Pipeline Element List. The first element in the list is displayed in the group box Pipeline Element.

       4.      To display another element, select the element in question from the Pipeline Element List by using the  and  pushbuttons, or mark it in the list and choose Detail ().

The selected pipeline element is displayed in the group box Pipeline Element.

       5.      To select another pipeline and display its elements, choose Other Pipeline ().
