Answers to frequently asked questions are put in the Help Center by process experts. These answers appear in the Frequently Asked Questions section as a list of links. The link text is the question itself, making it easy for you to identify the questions that interest you. Select a question to display the answer.

Prerequisites

You have launched the Help Center of the application. More information: Launching the Help Center

Procedure

  1. Select the link to the question that you need an answer to.

  2. Read the answer displayed beneath the link.

  3. To hide the answer, choose   Close   at the right-hand side of the area displaying the answer, or select the link to the question.
