Selection Criteria

To run the report, you can use any selection criteria. We recommend that you always use dates as part of your selection criteria.

Stock Data by Location

The Stock Data by Location table shows the stock data for all the locations you selected over the period you selected. If you used products as selection criteria, the table shows the stock data for all the stores that sell the products you selected.

By default, the results are shown as a list. You can drill down the stock data using additional characteristics. For example, you can add Calendar Day to the vertical drilldown to show stock data at day level. You can also add Source Country to the horizontal drilldown to show stock data at country level.

If you used location hierarchies as selection criteria, you can choose to show the location data as a hierarchy.

You can also choose to show the stock data as a chart with different time aggregation levels.

Stock Data for Location

You can select a store from the Stock Data by Location table, then the Stock Data for Location <Selected Store> table will show the stock data for all the products that are sold at that store over the selected period. The results in the second table still meet the initial selection criteria. You can drill down the stock data using additional characteristics.

Stock History for Store and Product

You can select a product from the Stock Data for Location <Selected Store> table, then the Stock History for Store <Selected Store> for Product <Selected Product> chart will show the stock data for that store and product over the selected period. Different time aggregation levels are available for the chart.
