User Actions on Processes Locate this document in the navigation structure

 

In the Process Monitor UI, you can cancel a process manually, trigger a reload, and display messages.

New Status Category

Cancel Process

The process you selected has one of the following statuses:

  • Error

  • Ready

Canceling prevents any subsequent steps from being executed. Any steps that have already been executed continue until they are finished. The process definition or data delivery agreement is canceled.

Finished

Reload Data Delivery

The process you selected has one of the followings statuses:

  • Error

  • Canceled

  • Completed

If the process has status Error, it gets the status Canceled.. The system starts a new process with status New.

  • Finished for the process selected for reload

  • Scheduled for the new process

Display Process Messages

You have selected one process

You can view messages relating to all three levels in the hierarchy: Data delivery agreements; Processes; Steps. There is no time period restriction on the age of the messages.

You can view messages that are up to four days old and that relate to general system administration.

For more information on messages that are older than the displayed messages, do the following:

  1. Go to transaction Analyze Application Log (SLG1).

  2. Enter object /DDF/ADU.

  3. Enter subobject /DDF/ADU_GENERAL.

  4. Select a date range.

  5. Execute.
