Data Upload

The folder scanner and Persistent Staging Area (PSA) scanner jobs automatically detect data deliveries in either the inbound folder or the pre-configured Service Delivery PSA.

Process Flow Control (PFC)

The process scheduler job triggers the data processing for the processes and steps that fulfill certain conditions.

Administration

The administrative tasks job ensures that an error in a process chain that is running is propagated to its calling step.

This job also moves files from the File Processing folder to the archive folder for data deliveries that have the status Completed or Canceled.

Archiving

Instance table entries are archived to SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse (SAP NetWeaver BW) to maintain system performance. The clean archived instances job ensures that archived entries of a certain age are deleted.

Harmonization

The Create Harm. Data Delivery ID (Create Harmonization Data Delivery ID) job is used to create data delivery IDs that are used in data harmonization to pass on data that is manually changed in data harmonization.

The Release Harm. Data Delivery ID (Release Harmonization Data Delivery ID) job is used in data harmonization to release the data delivery IDs that are used to pass on data that is manually changed in data harmonization.

The Resolve Harm. Work Items (Resolve Harmonization Work Items) job is used to resolve work items that were created for pending activities in data harmonization.

The Harmonization Postprocessing job is used to execute harmonization at a later point in time after data upload.
