Mapping for Attribute Name/Value Pair Dimension Subtype

For the Attribute Name/Value Pair dimension subtype, the view Map All Fields in transaction /DDF/SDX_MAP_MAINTcontains entries for the fields of type KEYVAL, NAME, SNAME, ATTRVAL, LVL, PARENT.

The report for mapping external fields or the runtime mapping sets the extractor field to ATTR_VALUE for any field types other than KEYVAL.

A result line is created for all the entries of the Attribute Name/Value Pair dimension subtype.

The external field name is mapped to the predefined extractor field ATTR_NAME and the value of this field is mapped to the predefined extractor field with the name ATTR_VALUE. The entry that corresponds to the KEYVAL field type is not added as an additional line to the result, as the key value is already present in all the result lines.
