You want to map all source products that are not mapped to a harmonized product.

You use a layout with the following assignment blocks:

  • Work Items

  • Search Results: Harmonized Products

  • Search Results: Source Products

  • Work Area

Process

  1. In the assignment block Work Items you create a worklist for source products. For example, you select only work items that refer to data from a specified data provider.

  2. In the assignment block Search Results: Harmonized Products you search for similar harmonized products.

  3. You review the result list and select the harmonized product that fits best.

  4. In the Work Items assignment block you choose Assign to Harmonized Product in Search Result for the selected work item.

The system assigns the source product that is referred to by the work item to the selected harmonized product.

  5. The system deletes the work item, and it is removed from the worklist.

  6. The new mapping is added to the work area.

  7. In the assignment block Search Results: Source Products you search for similar source products.

  8. You select all source products that can be added to the mapping and choose Assign to Harmonized Product in Work Area.

  9. You save.
