You need to perform various tasks to administer DB2 UDB for UNIX and Windows in an SAP environment.

You can use the following tools to administer DB2 UDB for UNIX and Windows:

If you have an integrated SAP environment with multiple SAP systems, you can use the Structure linkDBA Planning Calendar.

·        For expensive SQL statements, check the Structure linkdatabase cache and the access plans of these SQL statements (Structure linkthe EXPLAIN function).

·        Check and, if required, maintain the Structure linkdatabase configuration.

Access required to other systems, such as an SAP BW source system, Java or MCOD system
