Set of Objects to be Adjusted 

Use

It is always necessary to adjust enhancements whenever a repository object was changed in a previous system, so that an enhancement has been affected or could be affected by a semantic change.

The adjustment tools record, after an upgrade, a set of objects of all changed repository objects with possibly affected enhancements. The set of objects that really has to be adjusted is usually less since not all changes in an enhanced object have an actual influence on the enhancement.

The following repository objects that can be enhanced are recorded in the set of objects by the adjustment tools:

·        ABAP source code with enhancements

·        Function modules with enhancements

·        Classes and interfaces with enhancements – Classes and interfaces can be enhanced at implicit enhancement options by means of enhancements to the components of classes or interfaces. For more information, see Enhancing the Components of Classes or Interfaces.

·        BAdIs – Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) enable you to create explicit enhancement options for enhancements with object plug-ins.
