Editing Events 

Use

On the Events tab page, you can display the events for the card (for example, create ordering file, duplicate card). You can edit the card contract start event 0004 in extended creation.

Card events are almost always set during internal processes in Account Management. These are either Contract Management processes or orders.

There are some restrictions in direct input for the external data transfer. Refer to the implementation for BDT events DINP2 and DCHCK, as well as the PAI for BDT view BCEV01 in the Events contract element (package BCA_CN_EVENT, function group BCA_OBJ_CN_EVENT (object layer in the Events contract element)).

The details in the Card Identification group box provide information about the card you are currently editing. You cannot enter or change any of these details.

In the Events of the Card group box, the system displays all events of the card with the date, time and author of the event.
This data is entered by the system; you cannot change it.

In the Card History group box you can display the history of a card.

You have made the settings required for the card events in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) under Product Management® Product Definition ® Card Products.

Procedure

You can find the card events in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) by choosing Contract Management → General Settings → Edit Event Descriptions.
