Editing Mass Product Changes (Account) Optimally 

Use

Report RBCA_OR_COP_ACC_START_BCA_PVCA is a method of business object Product Change (Account). With this report you can create, activate and immediately execute product version changes. You can convert a large number of accounts to which outdated product versions are assigned to the current product version. The system executes the product version changes immediately.

Compared with report Edit Mass Product Changes (Account) with which you can carry out both product changes and product version changes, this report offers optimized performance. However, you can only achieve significant performance improvements if the changes between the previous product version and the current product version are minimal, meaning that only a few other/additional contract elements have to be processed.

Note that any Business Transaction Events you have programmed can counteract this performance optimization.
