Assortment Planning 
Use
In assortment planning you can evaluate the assortment plan, POS sales and stock on a weekly basis. When defining an optimal assortment, reports such as Sales Coverage of Products, Slow Seller Management Analysis and Assortment Analysis and Assessment are helpful.
Features
POS
sales data is taken from the POS DataMart Content and uploaded to SAP BW using
InfoSource 
0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL
and ODS object ODS 0RMP_DS_02. POS data is retained on this level for each
receipt. POS sales data is aggregated here on a weekly basis and updated to
InfoCube 0RMP_C22.
Stock data is uploaded to ODS object ODS 0RMP_DS_01 with the following InfoSources:
Stock and
purchasing data is aggregated here on a weekly basis and updated to InfoCube
0RMP_C24.
InfoSource
2LIS_03_BX
writes the data directly to InfoCube 0RMP_C24.
POS sales
data and stock data is written to MultiProvider 0RMP_MC21.
For
monitoring purposes, planning and actual data is combined in this
MultiProvider.
The transactional InfoCube 0RMP_C25 supplies the planning data created in SAP BW BPS. InfoCube 0RMP_C26 is an identical copy of InfoCube 0RMP_C25 and is used as a technical aid.
