Editing Returns 
On the Return tab page, you can display and edit the data for card or PIN return, card or PIN issue, and card destruction in various group boxes. The settings below determine which data is available:
· System settings in the product Customizing for Account Management
· Editing mode (create, change, display)
· Settings in the Business Data Toolset (BDT)
In the Card Return Data group box, you can see information about the data for the last current card return.
In the PIN Return Data group box, you can see information about the data for the last current PIN return.
In the Card Issue group box, you can see information about the data for the card issue.
In the PIN Issue group box, you can see information about the data for the PIN issue.
In the Destroy Card group box, you can see information about the destruction of a card.
In the Destroy PIN group box, you can see information about the destruction of a PIN.
In the Return Overview group box, you can see information about all returns and issues made for this card contract, and on the destruction of the card or PIN. You cannot change this data here.
You have stored the control rules for card return in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) by choosing Contract Management -> Card -> Define Card Return.
1. Enter the required data.
2. In the Card Return Data group box, note that you can only return a card if its status is Active, Locked or Canceled or it is not marked as Returned in the system.
3. In the Card Issue and PIN Issue group boxes, note that the Execute Issue indicator is only displayed if both the card and the related PIN are marked as returned. Otherwise, the system sets the indicator automatically.
4. In the Card Destruction and PIN Destruction group boxes, note that the Execute Destruction indicator is only displayed if both the card and the associated PIN are marked as returned. Otherwise, the system sets the indicator automatically.
