Search for PLM Document via List 

Use

This function is a method of the business object PLM Document. The system outputs a list containing the PLM documents that correspond to your selection criteria.

Prerequisites

The prerequisites described in the PLM document section must have been met and the listed settings made.

Activities

...

       1.      From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Account Management ® Posting Lock Management ®  PLM Document ®  Display ® Search for PLM Document via List.

       2.      Enter your selection criteria.

You can combine the selection criteria in the upper screen area with those on exactly one of the tab pages in the lower screen area.

You cannot combine selection criteria from different tab pages.

If you select both event types and event type classes, the system does not determine the intersection of PLM documents that meet both these criteria, but the union of sets of the PLM documents.

       3.      Choose Execute.

       4.      The system outputs a list of PLM documents corresponding to your selection criteria.

       5.      If you wish to use the Display PLM Document function to call up a PLM document, double-click on the corresponding PLM document in the displayed list.
