Editing Product Changes (Account) 

Prerequisites

·        You are in the Change Account Product  function on the Account Product Change tab page in one of the following two modes:

¡        Create

¡        Change

·        The order status and release status permit the product change (account) to be edited.

Procedure

       1.      The system displays the key data for the product change (account) for the following business objects in the Account group box:

¡        Account

¡        Business partner

¡        Product

       2.      Enter the target product to which the account is to change.

The system displays the current product version of the target product.

       3.      Choose a transfer procedure.

       4.      Specify the date on which you want the product change (account) executed:

¡        If you enter a planned product change date, do not set the Immediate Product Change indicator and the product change (account) is Activated and Not in Release, you can execute the product change (account) using function Execute Due Product Changes (Account)

¡        If you set the Immediate Product Change indicator, and the product change (account) is Activated and Not in Release, the system executes the account product change immediately. The system ignores any planned product change date entered.

       5.      Define how the system is to deal with changes to the account that were scheduled before the actual product change date, but will not become valid until a later time.

       6.      Decide whether you want the system to create correspondence.
