Displaying Balances and Key
Figures 
Scope of Functions
You can use this function to retrieve the following information for the account:
· Balances
· Counter readings
· Information items
· Access limits
· Payment items
· Available amount: The following data is determined for the current posting date:
¡ Today’s account balance, balance of future items
¡ Account balance, balance subject to final payment
¡ Account balance not subject to final payment, prenote balance, available amount before limit
¡ Minimum deposit
¡ Available amount (external), available amount (internal)
¡ Extra amount, available amount (automatic)
· Account information for a period that has already been calculated
Activities

1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Account Management ® Account ®Turnovers, Balances and Key Figures ® Display Balances and Key Figures.
2. Specify the data to identify the account for which you want to display the key figures. This data depends on the settings that you made in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) under Contract Management ® Account ® Define External Account Identification. You cannot change these settings once the first account has been created.
3. Choose the query you want to execute either from the tab pages or using the buttons.
