Selecting Table Entries

Many options (for example, deleting table entries, changing field content, copying table entries to a task) require that you first select the table entries that you want to work on:

Selecting single table entries

Click the required table entry.

Selecting a block of table entries

Position the cursor on the table entry at the start of the block.

Choose Edit ® Select ® Select block
Position the cursor on the table entry at the end of the block.

Choose Edit ® Select ® Select block

The required block is selected.

Selecting all table entries

Choose Edit ® Select ® Select all

All table entries are selected.
