Editing Limits 

Use

On the Limits tab page, you can display and edit the amounts for various limit categories for a particular card.

Certain limit categories are assigned to each contract on the basis of the product. Limit categories are preassigned by the system and have specific functions.

The following limit categories can be assigned to card products:

·        Daily ATM limit (standard limit category BCA110)

·        7 day ATM/POS limit (standard limit category BCA120)

·        Maximum load amount (standard limit category BCA130)

·        Available limit for credit card (standard limit category BCA140)

·        Bank-specific services – day (standard limit category BCA150)

·        Bank-specific services – month (standard limit category BCA160)

·        Limit offline (standard limit category BCA170)

·        Interbank limit – day (standard limit category BCA180)

·        Interbank limit – month (standard limit category BCA190)

The limits are dependent on the card product, and can be set in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM).

Prerequisites

You have maintained the limits in the Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) under Product Management ® Product Definition ® Card Products.

Procedure

       1.      In the Card Identification group box, check whether you are editing the correct card.

       2.      In the Standard Limits group box, check the limit amounts displayed and change these if necessary.
