Function documentation Creating Correspondence for a Savings Scheme Agreement Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Use

You use this function of a savings scheme agreement to create correspondence for an account contract. The correspondence recipients receive a letter reminding them of the end of the savings phase or the end of the savings scheme agreement.

The following reports are available to you:

Create correspondence at end of savings phase (BCA_RC_IBS_DUECSP_PP)

Here you can have the correspondence for the end of the savings phase created for all contracts for selected bank posting areas and products.

From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Account Management ® Periodic Tasks  ® Savings Scheme Agreement  ® Create Correspondence at End of Savings Phase.

You can also schedule the report in the end-of-day processing job chain. To have the result log displayed, choose Account Management ® Logs ® Savings Scheme Agreement ® Application Log – Correspondence at End of Savings Phase from the SAP Easy Access screen.

Create correspondence at end of savings scheme agreement (BCA_RC_IBS_DUECET_PP)

Here you can have the correspondence for the end of the savings scheme agreement created for all contracts for selected bank posting areas and products.

From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Account Management ® Periodic Tasks  ® Savings Scheme Agreement  ® Create Correspondence at End of Savings Scheme Agreement.
