Merchandise Planning 

Use

In merchandise planning you can evaluate merchandise plans, POS sales and stock data on a weekly or a monthly basis. Pre-prepared reports, such as Plan Comparison, Sales Scorecard or Stock Scorecard enable you to monitor data efficiently.

Features

POS sales data is uploaded to SAP BW using InfoSource 0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL and updated to ODS object ODS 0RMP_DS_02. POS data is retained on this level for each receipt. POS sales data is aggregated here on a monthly and weekly basis and updated to InfoCubes 0RMP_C01 and 0RMP_C02.

Stock data is uploaded to ODS object ODS 0RMP_DS_01 with the following InfoSources:

·        2LIS_02_SCL

·        2LIS_03_BF

·        2LIS_03_UM

·        2LIS_40_REVAL

Stock and purchasing data is aggregated here on a monthly and weekly basis and updated to InfoCubes 0RMP_C03 and 0RMP_C04.

InfoSource 2LIS_03_BX writes data directly to InfoCubes 0RMP_C03 and 0RMP_C04.

The system writes POS sales and stock data to MultiCube 0RMP_MC01. This MultiProvider allows you to perform plan/actual reporting for strategic plans and merchandise plans. The transactional InfoCube 0RMP_C05 supplies planning data for SAP BW BPS. InfoCube 0RMP_C06 is an identical copy of InfoCube 0RMP_C05 and is used as a technical aid.
