Payment Items (FS-AM-IM-IT)

A formal error to which the Account Management system responds in accordance with the posing control rules defined in the Customizing settings.

The Account Management system detects formal errors to which posting control can be applied when running the formal check object. If there is a formal error to which posting control can be applied, no more material checks are run.

Example

• Account does not exist or is not active

• Posting lock

• Posting date is before the contract start date or after the contract end date

• Posting date is before the date of the last account settlement

• Value date is before the start date of the oldest settlement period for the account that has not yet been archived
