Use

The GET_BACK_LABEL method of the IF_CLIENT_INFO interface specifies whether or not a label is to appear at the top of the screen using the label attribute of the WML tag <do>. (See also: GET_BACK_HARD_WIRED method).

If the label attribute is not used for the label, you should not assign a label attribute to the <do> tag or you should use another type (for example, type="options") or a link.
