This information is extracted to the location master in BW (0PLANT) and can also be used to determine whether a location is comparable to last year.

Information is directly uploaded from the DataSource 0RT_WRF1_ATTR. The fiscal year settings are left blank during this upload; however, these fields are used in the update rules for InfoObject 0RT_CMPLOC.
