Creating Debit Position Items 
You can use this function to manually create debit items for an account with a savings scheme agreement. Usually, the system posts the required debit items automatically during the monitoring run. If errors occurred, they can be corrected using this transaction.

In Customizing for Account Management (FS-AM) under Item Management ® Basic Functions ® Transaction Types and Transaction Type Groups Products ® Maintain and Assign Transaction Types for Payment Items, you defined at least one transaction type for debit items and flagged it as relevant for posting control.

1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Account Management ® Account ® Savings Scheme Agreement ® Create Debit Position.
2. Enter a permitted transaction type and the account ID for which you want to create debit items.
3. On the Basic Data tab page, enter the amount for which the debit items are to be created.
4. On the Transaction tab page, enter a medium and a posting text (optional).
5. Enter a comment about the item (optional).
6. Save your entries.
