Use

In the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Bookmarks functional area of the Reporting Agent, you can manage the bookmarks created in the BW system by all users.

Integration

To generate a bookmark the user has to have marked the desired Web application as a bookmark.

Display bookmarks

In the Reporting Agent Scheduler, navigate to the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Role for a user and expand this node. Underneath, you can see all This graphic is explained in the accompanying text  Web Templates and related This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Bookmarks that were created by each of the users. (You can expand all nodes using This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Expand all Nodes).

The system lists the corresponding date and time entries in the Created and Last Accessed columns.

Delete bookmarks

Use This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Delete Bookmarks to delete all selected bookmarks.
