Displaying Archived Payment Items 

Use

For research purposes, you have fast access to specific payment items that have already been archived and are no longer in the feeder system. You can either enter an exact description of the payment item, or, if required, a more general description for the selection restriction.

Prerequisites

You have authorization for read access to the archiving object PAYMITEM and authorization to display individual archived payment items. If partial authorization is missing within a payment item, for a transaction type of an item, for example, the system cannot display the whole item.

The payment item you are searching for is in the archive and the associated archive information structure has already been created.

Procedure

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Account Management ® Archiving ® Data Display ®Payment Item (Archiving Object PAYMITEM).
