Editing Dates for Account Settlement
(Individual Processing)
You can use report RBCA_ACBAL_NEXT_DATE to display the dates for account settlement. To edit a date, double-click on the relevant entry.
For the subsequent executions, note the dependencies between the event types (settlement) and the Manually Changeable indicator.

1. Select a contract (account, for example) and choose F8.
For each settlement track, the system specifies the next execution date for the settlement type with settlement mode 1 (definitely) for the selected account.
The system does not display the next execution dates for settlement types with settlement mode 2 (alternatively).
2. Double clicking on a settlement type brings you to a detail screen on which all existing dates of all event types (settlement) from the date of the last settlement of this settlement type are displayed to you.
You can create, change, and delete all dates of the event types (settlement) that have the Manually Changeable indicator.
Note the following dependencies:
¡ Dates for the following event types (settlement) cannot be the same day:
MANU
SETEX
¡ If the date for event type (settlement) SETTL is the same day as one of the date of the following event types (settlement), the settings (such as Post Conditionally) of these event types (settlement) take precedence:
MANU
SETEX
Also note the special features of the following event types (settlement):
¡ MANU
The system interprets this like the date of event type (settlement) SETTL. If the date for MANU and SETTL are the same day, the above dependency applies.
¡ SETEX
The system does not interpret this like the date of event type (settlement) SETTL. If the dates for SETTL are before the date for SETEX, the system ignores them.
For settlement types with definitive settlement mode there can always only be one date for event type (settlement) SETEX.
¡ RATE
If dates for SETTL are before the date for RATE, the system ignores them.
