Making an EAR 

Procedure

       1.      Choose the Assembler tab.

       2.      From the menu options, choose Assemble ® Make EAR. The File Chooser Window appears.

       3.      Specify a name and a location for the EAR file to be created.

Each EAR file must have unique name.

       4.      The Deploy Tool generates EAR file.

       5.      Save your project.

Result

Once the EAR has been created successfully, it is inserted in the Deployer tab where you can continue the deployment process by Deploying a J2EE Application.
