Editing the Context Properties of an EAR 

Use

Use this procedure to change the context root of the selected WAR file.

Prerequisites

There must be at least one WAR file in the EAR.

Procedure

...

       1.      Click the Context tab.

       2.      From the WAR Files list select a file accessible from HTTP.

       3.      Edit the value in the Context Root field.

If you do not set a specific value in the Context Rootfield, the default value will be used for a context root. This value is formed by removing the file extension from the value of the File Name field.

       4.      Click the Modify button to confirm the change.
